Oops Repair offers a limited 6-month warranty on all parts and labor associated with the every repair. The limited warranty is made exclusively for the benefit of the original customer of the repair, and as such, is non-transferable.
This limited 6-month warranty covers manufacturer-related defects on parts that were both purchased and installed by Oops Repair including the workmanship associated with the repair only. Manufacturer-related defect symptoms for front screen repairs may include one or more of the following: a spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, screen separation from the body of the device, or LCD discoloration.
Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to: physical damage, liquid damage, and negligence of the customer. Physical damage and/or subsequent exposure to liquids, occurring after a completed repair, will void all warranties. Negligence of bringing back the repaired device, within a timely manner, after noticing a flaw in the repair, will result in voiding the warranty if further damage happens before the device is returned to Oops Repair and a warranty claim has been made.
Other exclusions to this warranty include all parts that have been installed by third-party repair shops other than Oops Repair. Other third-party parts that are defective or poorly installed, which may be subsequently damaged with the new repair, will not be warrantied or replaced by Oops Repair without additional fees. Additionally, Oops Repair will not warranty accessories sold by Oops Repair, such as cables, chargers, cases, tempered glass and other such items. Lastly, this warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the device.
Oops Repair reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes concerning this acknowledgement of limited 6-month warranty coverage.
