When your device is damaged you will need to first contact AKKO, our insurance provider, to file a claim. The process is quick and easy. When AKKO authorizes the claim you will bring it to Oops Repair and we will begin work on it right away. With most phone repairs we can get it back to you in a couple of hours. iPads usually take 1-2 business days and laptops/computers may take 2-5 business days depending on the repairs needed.
