Why would I become an OopsCare Member?

Research shows that 1 in 3 devices will die or get damaged. And when they break, the cost of replacing your device can be as high as $1,000 if you’re still under contract with your wireless carrier. Meanwhile, most cases do little to prevent your screen from getting cracked, almost none are waterproof, and even the best can’t protect your device from malfunctions.  Even if you have an insurance plan through your carrier, the deductible alone is over $200 for most iPhones and iPads!! OopsCare will help you alleviate the costly repairs of your devices when necessary!

Which devices will I receive discounts on with OopsCare?

iPhones: OopsCare is setup to offer discounted repairs for iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6-Plus, 6S, 6S-Plus, 7, 7-Plus, 8, and 8-Plus. Coverage for iPhone X will be available soon! Stay tuned for more details!
iPads: OopsCare is setup to offer discounted repairs for iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad 5, iPad 6, iPad Air 1, iPad Mini 1, iPad Mini 2, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro 9.7, iPad Pro 10.5 and iPad Pro 12.9.  The iPad Air 2 is not available for the OopsCare Membership

Do I get discounted repair costs on every iPhone and iPad Oops Repair fixes?

Yes! EVERYTHING we can fix on your iPhones and iPads will qualify for the discounts: Front Screens (including the LCD, Touch Screen, Front Glass), Antennas, Audio Jacks, Batteries, Buttons, Cameras, Charge Ports, Microphones, Sensors, Speakers, etc.

How do I get my device(s) fixed?

Simple! Bring them in anytime during our regular business hours and we’ll get it fixed up! We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.  iPhones will be repaired in 30 minutes or less and iPad will be repaired in 2 hours or less.

How much is a broken screen if I am an OopsCare Member?

Please refer to the specific device page that you have. We provide a side-by-side comparison of the regular Oops Repair price and the OopsCare Member price for every repair we offer.

What is the cost if I have MULTIPLE things broken on my iPhone or iPad?

Please refer to the specific device page that you have.  You will need to add the costs of all the repairs your device needs from the ‘OopsCare Member’ price column to determine the total cost for those repairs.
Example: If you have an iPhone 6 that needs a new screen and battery, you will see that those deductibles are $59.95 and $24.95, respectively. Added together those repairs would be $84.90.

Does the front screen repair include a new LCD?

Any iPhone Front Screen repair includes repairing: Front glass, Touch function, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). All three pieces are repaired, even if only one of them is damaged or defective.
On iPad  Mini 4 and all models of iPad Pro, the LCD will be replaced at the same time. All other iPads have separate LCD costs in addition to the front screen.  If you have damaged the LCD in addition to the front glass on any other iPad, you will need to add the two prices for your total repair costs.

Is there a limit to the number of devices I can have for a family plan?

Nope. As long as the devices all belong to the same IMMEDIATE family (no grandkids, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc), they are all covered.

Is there a limit to the number of employees for the business plan?

Nope. As long as the employee can prove they are employee of the company, and that it is a company owned device, they are welcome to use the company’s OopsCare Membership discount.

Is there a minimum time frame required for the monthly membership?

There is a minimum of a 12-month contract required for an OopsCare Membership. We will have your credit card saved securely on file with our credit card processing company, Stripe. Your membership will automatically renew for the monthly billing amount until canceled.

Can I sign up for longer than one year?

Yes! Your OopsCare membership will automatically renew each year with the credit card you use for your initial start date.

Are there any other perks for being a OopsCare Member?

Yes! Other Benefits include:
  • Priority repair service. We bump your device to the front of the line ahead of others who aren’t OopsCare Members. A guaranteed 30 minutes-or-less for all iPhone Repairs, 2 hours-or-less for all iPad Repairs.
  • You get a 25% discount off all accessories that we sell at Oops Repair.

Do you offer OopsCare for iMacs and MacBooks?

Not at this time, but possibly in the future.
