How does this process work?

It’s simple! Bring your device to one of our walk-in locations for repair.  Wait for it to be fixed.  Enjoy your device once again! For a list of our walk-in locations, please click here.

How long does it take you to repair my device?

90% of the repairs we do take less than 60 minutes to complete.  By scheduling an appointment, we can ensure the least amount of time required without your device!
We have a huge inventory for the most common fixes, making same day service convenient for most customers. However, other special order parts may be necessary to complete your repair.  We will advise you on the availability of those parts and when they come in, we do repair the devices that day.

Can I bring my own parts in for you to install?

If you would like to bring your own parts in, we do installations at a quoted rate. We will warranty our work, but we will not warranty the part.

Do you use refurbished parts in your repairs?

No.  We only use BRAND NEW, HIGH QUALITY parts for all of our repairs.  We do not use generic or refurbished parts for any repair.

Will you sell my information?

Oops Repair does not disclose or sell to 3rd parties ANY personal information provided by its customers. The physical addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are used solely for contact, billing and return shipping purposes. No information or files on a device sent in for repair are accessed, saved or downloaded from the device. Customers are welcome to keep their devices locked with a security PIN as we do not need access to the contents of the device for any repair service we offer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, ApplePay and Google Wallet.  Sorry, no personal or business checks accepted.

Do you have any type of warranty on your repairs?

All our repairs are covered by a 6-month FULL PARTS AND LABOR warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 6-months we will take care of it free of charge. For complete warranty details, click here.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes!  We offer the following discounts:
– Student Discount: 10% off all repairs with a current student ID
– Multi-Device Repair Discount: If you bring 2 or more devices in to be repaired, you will receive 10% off your entire purchase
– Multi-Repair Discount: If your device needs multiple things repaired, you get 10% off the total of all the repairs needed
– Repeat Customer Discount: Hopefully this isn’t you…but if it is, all repeat customers get 10% off their repairs
